7jaye Terms & Conditions — Membership, Betting & Payment Policy

By accessing 7jaye.net and creating an account or using any of our services, you are indicating your full agreement to these Terms & Conditions. All members are advised to read these terms carefully before registering.

7jaye is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming licence. These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali — in the event of any conflict, the English version shall take precedence.

7jaye reserves the right to refuse service to any member at any time for a reasonable cause.

The following requirements must be met to register at 7jaye:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed without notice and any balance may be forfeited.
• Only one account may be opened per person, per device, and per household. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• The name, address, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate. Incorrect information will cause issues during account verification.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. You'll need to submit a copy of your National ID or passport along with a selfie.
• Residents of countries where online gaming is fully prohibited are not eligible to open an account. 7jaye updates its list of restricted countries periodically.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.

• Keep your password strong — use at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols.
• Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) significantly improves your account security — you can activate it from your settings.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to 7jaye support immediately at support@7jaye.net or via live chat.
• 7jaye will never ask for your password via email or message. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt.
• Logging in over public Wi-Fi is not safe. Use your own mobile data or a trusted network.

7jaye currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the maximum is ৳5,00,000 per day.

• Deposits are usually instant — once the payment is completed, the funds are credited to your account right away.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Funds typically arrive on your mobile within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals above ৳50,000 require manual verification, which may take up to 4 hours.
• Withdrawals are always processed through the same method used for the deposit. For exceptions, please contact support.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from your bonus balance — funds must first be converted to cash after meeting the WR.
• Your first withdrawal will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

Every bonus at 7jaye comes with specific terms. The conditions listed on the promotions page or in the bonus offer must be read alongside these general terms and conditions.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without first meeting the Wagering Requirement (WR).
• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only and is granted just once.
• If the Wagering Requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses can be active at the same time — however, each bonus has its own WR that must be met separately.
• 7jaye reserves the right to void bonuses if suspicious betting patterns are detected — such as low-risk bets placed solely to clear a bonus.
• If Bonus Abuse is proven, your account may be suspended.

The following general rules apply to all members when placing bets on 7jaye:

• Minimum bet is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary per event and are displayed on the odds screen.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — partial or full cash out is only available where the Cash Out option is offered.
• If a bet is placed at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, 7jaye reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds or void it entirely.
• If a match is cancelled or does not take place as scheduled, 7jaye will settle bets according to its Match Rules — typically within 48 hours.
• If a bet is placed after an event has occurred due to odds delays in live betting, 7jaye reserves the right to void that bet.
• In an accumulator bet, if one match is voided, that match is removed and the remaining matches are settled at their combined odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7jaye platform. If detected, your account may be closed and your balance forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses (Multi-accounting)
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions
• Automated betting using software or bots
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to 7jaye's systems
• Operating an account using another person's identity

7jaye may close or temporarily suspend any account at any time for any reason. This may occur in the following circumstances:

• Violating the terms or engaging in any prohibited activity
• If incorrect or false information is found during KYC verification
• No activity for more than 90 days (inactive account)
• When a security risk or suspicious login is detected
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request

The cash balance in your account will be refunded unless the closure is for a justified reason. Bonus balance is non-refundable.

7jaye believes online gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We place the highest priority on the wellbeing and mental health of every member.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits on your account.
• A Cooling-off option is available to temporarily suspend your account for a set period.
• Choosing self-exclusion will permanently close your account — it cannot be reopened later.
• If signs of addiction are detected, 7jaye may proactively reach out to the member.

7jaye may update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• If you have a complaint, contact the support team first — most issues are resolved within 48 hours.
• If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate it to an international gaming dispute resolution body.
• These terms and conditions are governed under international gaming law.
• If any clause is found invalid by a court, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
